💡 DESCRIPTION
You can easily write out your entire day, the things you don't want to forget, and important events in one place.
Introducing a daily planner into your routine is an easy—but essential—step toward creating balance in your life: it allows you to clearly separate the time you spend working from the time you have for everything else (this is especially important if you work from home, as these lines can tend to get a little blurred).
Here are a few reasons why you should consider introducing a planner into your life as soon as possible:
It can make your life much less stressful: Knowing what to expect for the day ahead (and having a plan of action to get there) significantly reduces next-day stress;
It allows you to assess yourself: Having plans allows you to analyze whether you are sticking to them and evaluate your own ability to follow—or not follow—the schedule;
It helps you prepare: You cannot predict the obstacles that may arise, but part of your planning routine can involve having a backup plan for emergencies or unexpected situations—this will help you avoid panicking.
