General Terms and Conditions of Participation
“One Year of Creativity with Florence Papeterie” Scratch Card Competition

1. Organizer

The competition is organized by Florence Papeterie, an online store specializing in creative stationery, to celebrate its first anniversary.

2. Duration of the competition

The competition will run until all 150 scratch cards have been distributed.

3. Terms of participation

  • Open to everyone: Anyone residing in Europe may participate.
  • One card per order: One scratch card will be included in every order of €10 or more placed on Florence Papeterie during the competition period.

5. How to Claim Prizes

  • For free products (planners, notebooks, washi tape, posters, sticker sets) and tote bags:
    The winner must enter the code indicated on their scratch card in the "Special instructions regarding the order" field when placing their next order on the Florence Papeterie website. The prize will be included in the order at no additional cost.
    • For discount codes, gift cards, and free shipping:
      The winner must place a new order on the Florence Papeterie website and enter the winning card's code in the "discount code" field when checking out.

       

    • The 10% discount codes and gift cards (€100, €20, €5) will be automatically deducted from the order total.

    • The free shipping will be applied directly to the shipping costs.

6. Prize Validity

  • The discount codes and gift cards are valid until December 31, 2026.

7. Liabilities and Limitations

  • Florence Papeterie reserves the right to replace a prize with one of equivalent value if it is unavailable.
  • Prizes cannot be exchanged for their cash value.
  • Florence Papeterie cannot be held responsible for the loss, theft, or damage of prizes after they have been sent.

8. Personal Data

Personal data collected (name, email, address) as part of this competition is used solely to send the prizes and will not be shared with third parties. It will be retained for one year from the end of the competition, in accordance with GDPR regulations.

9. Disputes

Any dispute relating to this competition will be subject to French law. Participants agree to attempt to resolve any dispute amicably with the organizer before taking legal action.
